Spiral's breakfast buffet is a delight. Similar to their lunch and dinner buffets, they have a good spread but everything is well placed so you don't feel overwhelmed. We asked to be seated at the bar area, natural light flooded the entire space, it just seems to be the perfect place to enjoy our first meal of the day.
One thing I loved about the buffet is that they have free drinks available. If you want fresh orange juice, they have the orange juicer that you see in supermarkets nowadays.
Special healthy drinks are available and they go around giving every table the special drinks served in test tubes.
Champagne is also available.
I also liked the fact that they have three egg stations. In every breakfast buffet, the egg station always has the longest queue so it was good thinking on their part to have more than one station and to spread it out.
The Japanese station looks beautiful, you can really see the effort the restaurant makes in making sure that you have an extra wonderful experience.
There are lots of choices for the healthy eater, several kinds of yogurts and cereals take the area where the desserts are supposed to be.
As for me, I wanted a Filipino fare that day so I went straight to the Filipino station and had the sinangag, tocino, tapa and bangus (not in photo).
I also didn't miss the taho that is served traditional style.
Fresh fruits were served nicely (a whole bunch of mangosteens were available the next day).
For your sweet tooth craving, there's a waffle station, ice cream / sherbet station with my favorite ice cream toppings, almond slivers, pistachios and walnuts.
I also found out that the bicycle near the entrance serves its purpose every morning.
Service is top notch. I stood up to get myself some mangosteens, in anticipation of the mess that I will be making, I went back to our table to see several packs of wipes neatly arranged.
